As Athena Logic experiences rapid growth, we are expanding our team with a new Client Relations Manager to strengthen and grow our client partnerships. You will be the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring their needs are met while driving satisfaction, retention, and long-term collaboration.
You will work closely with our technical teams and leadership to understand client goals and align Athena Logic’s AI solutions accordingly. Your role is vital in fostering trust, managing expectations, and supporting clients through every stage of their AI journey.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main liaison between Athena Logic and our clients, managing relationships at senior and operational levels.
- Understand client business objectives, challenges, and AI solution requirements.
- Coordinate with internal teams—including AI engineers, data scientists, and project managers—to ensure successful project delivery.
- Develop account plans to drive client engagement, satisfaction, and growth.
- Proactively identify opportunities to expand Athena Logic’s services within existing accounts.
- Handle client inquiries, feedback, and issue resolution with professionalism and urgency.
- Monitor project progress and communicate status updates, risks, and successes to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and reports to clients.
- Collaborate on contract renewals, negotiations, and service-level agreements.
- Track client satisfaction metrics and recommend improvements to enhance the client experience.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years experience in client relations, account management, or customer success, preferably within technology or AI-focused companies.
- Strong understanding of AI and technology consulting services is a plus.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts and build lasting relationships.
- Highly organized with strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Comfortable working collaboratively with technical teams and translating complex concepts for clients.
- Proactive, client-focused, and results-driven mindset.
- Experience with CRM software and project management tools.
