Due to rapid expansion and growing demand for our services, we are making an additional senior hire to join our talented technical team. We’re seeking a highly experienced Senior AI Engineer with 8+ years of hands-on experience in AI and machine learning development.
In this role, you will be instrumental in building, training, and deploying advanced AI models that power our client solutions. You will work closely with data scientists, engineers, and product teams to deliver scalable AI systems and contribute to the continued technological excellence at Athena Logic.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and optimize machine learning models, including NLP, computer vision, and predictive analytics.
- Build end-to-end AI pipelines: data preprocessing, feature engineering, model development, evaluation, and deployment.
- Translate prototypes into production-ready AI services in collaboration with data scientists and software engineers.
- Integrate AI models with client software systems and cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Develop and maintain clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for AI models and manage version control.
- Monitor and improve AI solutions for performance, robustness, and scalability.
- Stay up to date with emerging AI tools, frameworks, and methodologies.
- Mentor junior team members and foster knowledge sharing.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, AI/ML, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 8+ years of experience in AI engineering or software development with a focus on machine learning.
- Strong proficiency in Python and ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Hugging Face.
- Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms and deep learning architectures.
- Experience deploying AI models on cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
- Expertise in working with structured and unstructured data for model training.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams.
- Passionate about AI innovation and continuous learning.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with NLP, large language models, or generative AI.
- Knowledge of MLOps and AI lifecycle management.
- Awareness of AI ethics, bias mitigation, and responsible AI practices.
